Is this a separate app?

No. DealDesk is a subscription library with five released Claude skill packages and a CoStar research workflow preview for ChatGPT Work. The previews above illustrate editable outputs, not a separate DealDesk application.

What do I need to use the skills?

A Claude plan and workspace that support custom skills and code execution. Your AI subscription is separate. Check the setup guide before joining. The CoStar member preview is designed for ChatGPT Work with browser and file tools; confirm your setup before relying on a live search.

What happens after payment?

Email your setup request to andrew@dealdeskworks.com using the email you checked out with. Setup is handled personally. Team setup covers up to five named users and one shared branding setup.

What does the subscription include?

All five released Claude skills, the CoStar workflow preview, versioned improvements, new releases as they are ready, synthetic examples and installation support. New releases have no guaranteed monthly count. Bespoke development and individual deal review are not included.

Can I cancel or request a refund?
