Download an editable sample

Start with the source.

  • The selected properties and suites, with current flyers or listing links.
  • Authorized photographs, floor plans and verified tour links.
  • Your report template or branding preferences, plus the client’s requirements.

Work you can make yours.

  • A comparison matrix and individual property pages.
  • Property photographs, plan views and galleries tied to their source suite.
  • A separate source and missing-information record; PDF when the host supports it.

From source to review.

01

Read the flyer, not just the listing.

Capture suite-level area, asking rent, rate units, expenses and availability dates. Separate suites remain separate entries.

02

Match the imagery.

Check each photo and plan against its source. Keep a building amenity distinct from a suite interior, and leave missing imagery visibly missing.

03

Build the presentation.

Use your house format for the comparison and property pages. Enlarge small plans, paginate longer lists and review every slide before delivery.

Built for the way you represent.

Tenant reps

Support the client’s decision.

Give your client one consistent view of the selected spaces before a tour or shortlist decision, with unanswered questions easy to identify.

Landlord reps

Put the proposal in context.

Present a building’s available suites or a selected portfolio using your supplied availability, approved imagery and verified asking terms.

Your final review

  • Verify availability and asking terms against current sources.
  • Confirm that every image and floor plan belongs to the right property and suite.
  • Request flyer attachments only when you have permission to share them. Historical preview pages are format examples, not current listings.

A few useful details.

Ask Andrew
Will it search CoStar from my criteria?

The separate CoStar Office Search & Report Builder is available as a member preview with full workflow instructions and a starter prompt. It is designed for ChatGPT Work with browser and file-creation tools and your own CoStar access. Customer setup and end-to-end acceptance testing remain to be completed. The released Claude Space Report Builder works from source material you provide.

Can it use our branding and report format?

Yes. Supply your approved template or branding profile. Each member’s logo and private client information stay outside the shared skill package.

What happens when rent or a floor plan is missing?

The missing information stays visible. Withheld rent is not treated as zero, and another suite’s photograph is not substituted for a missing image.

Are the sample report and the previews the same file?

No. The image previews show the actual report format with client identity removed. The downloadable deck is a separate fictional test example demonstrating editable content and missing-data handling.
